An exciting addition to our range is this gluten free loaf. A mixture of five sprouted grains, seeds and legumes are blended to create this new delicious and nutritious product.
Ingredients: Brown rice* sprouted in filtered water, filtered water, millet^, chickpeas^, flaxseeds^, quinoa^ – all sprouted in filtered water, apple cider vinegar^.
Cooking aid: extra virgin olive oil^ (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan).

I found a loaf of this in the Wynyard health food store, and while it was expensive at $18.10 a loaf it superb, I sliced and toasted a piece, topped it with avo and tomato and still the grainy flavour was there, unlike other gf breads Ive tried.
The woman in the shop said 1 slice would be enough, and she is spot on, its very filling.

Excellent product. Tasty when toasted and easy to cut. Always feel great afterwards unlike just about every other brand of bread. Sales and after-sales support have always been 10/10. I wish more businesses operated this way these days.

This is possibly to the cleanest ingredients I have seen in a gluten free bread and the sprouted factor makes it even healthier. It tastes great too.
