Our classic blend of sprouted Wheat and sprouted Rye. Sprouting the wholegrains brings out a subtle sweetness as starches covert into more simple sugars. This loaf delivers dense coarse textures with nutty flavours.

Ingredients: Wheat* and rye* sprouted with filtered water.
Cooking aid: certified organic extra virgin olive oil^ (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan).
*Certified Biodynamic ^Certified Biodynamic when available otherwise Certified Organic.

    At home I slice the whole loaf and put in fridge to dry up. Then is easy to use and no wasting time for slicing. After each cut the knife (best serrated) should be clean using wet cloth.

    I love this bread. It has an amazing taste and hearty texture – takes a little while to toast due to the denseness but toasts up beautifully. No better base for avo toast 🙂
