Ingredients: Wheat* and rye* sprouted with filtered water.
Cooking aid: certified organic extra virgin olive oil^ (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan).

At home I slice the whole loaf and put in fridge to dry up. Then is easy to use and no wasting time for slicing. After each cut the knife (best serrated) should be clean using wet cloth.

I love this bread. It has an amazing taste and hearty texture – takes a little while to toast due to the denseness but toasts up beautifully. No better base for avo toast 🙂
