With just one simple ingredient our sprouted Rye provides smooth texture and uniquely deep, rich and earthy flavours. We sprout the Rye grain, which brings out sweetness as starches covert into more simple sugars. This is an exceptionally high-fibre bread providing you with 10.3g per 100g of dietary fibre.
Ingredients: Rye* (100%) sprouted with filtered water. Cooking aid: extra virgin olive oil^ (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan).
