Through sprouting and crafting six grains, seeds and legumes we present our Ezekiel loaf. Adapted from the Holy Bible scripture verse Ezekiel 4:9, it provides nutritional benefits rarely seen in breads, including a complete protein that closely parallels the protein found in dairy and egg products. The sprouting process brings out a subtle sweetness as starches convert into more simple sugars. The heavenly delicious and slightly nutty flavour will keep you coming back for more.
Ingredients: Wheat*, spelt* (wheat), barley*, lentils^, millet^ and mung beans^ all sprouted with filtered water.
Cooking aid: extra virgin olive oil^ (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan).
