Shipping charges

Our flat rate shipping charge is $16.95 (including GST).

Shipping Information

We can deliver to most Australian postcodes (excluding WA). If our online store is not offering a shipping option, please contact us and we will see what is possible.

You can expect your order to arrive in 1 to 3 days (from Monday dispatch).

Unfortunately, we cannot send internationally. 

Order Deadline

Our weekly order deadline is 6am Monday (NSW time). All orders are picked up from our bakery by courier on Mondays (Tuesdays in the event of a Monday NSW public holiday). Orders after the cutoff time will be sent the following Monday.

Authority to leave

We will automatically notify our couriers to leave your delivery in a safe place, without requirement of a signature. This maximises shipping efficiency and avoids back and forth, between the delivery address and depot. When checking out please leave specific instructions on a safe place to leave if nobody is at home.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order value including shipping is $30.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Tracking

Within 24 hours of dispatch you will receive an email from from us with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order.
