Nutritious super seeds including pepitas, sunflower seeds, millet and hemp seeds are added to our sprouted wheat base. The sprouting process brings out a subtle sweetness as starches covert into more simple sugars. The result is a more textured loaf packed with delicious flavours and nutrients.

Cooking aid: extra virgin olive oil^ (trace amounts to release loaf from baking pan).
